Thank you for your interest and purchasing our products at Buysmartt Inc. We offer Limited Warranty period on most items that we sell at Buysmartt Inc. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Buysmartt Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Buysmartt Inc. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Buysmartt Inc. is 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Physical Goods purchased becomes unrepairable then a new replacement Physical Good if in stock will be issued in it's stead. If at the time of replacement the said Physical Good is not in stock, then a full refund will be issued for the defective Physical Good/Goods.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Payment Methods

Cash - We accept cash payments in the following currencies EC$, US$ and Euro (exchange rate for foreign currencies will be calculated at the bank's going rate).

Credit and Debit Cards - We accept both credit and debit card payments which must be accompanied by a picture ID. There is an additional processing fee for the use of cards for the purchase of our products.

Company Cheques - We accept company cheques only as a form of payment.
